Madeline Sheets
Madeline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University East. She entered the counseling field with a heartfelt commitment to supporting children who struggle to find their voice, and that purpose continues to guide her work today.
She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), drawing on these evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate healing and personal growth.
Outside the office, she is married, the proud parent of three children, and shares her home with a spirited dog named Louie. She finds her deepest sense of calm in the ocean, where she loves to swim and gather shells. Her favorite quote captures that sense of steady reassurance: “It will get better soon. The ocean told me so.”
