Lauren Eustace

Lauren Eustace holds associate degrees in Health Science and General Technology from Horry Georgetown Technical College. As Director of Services at Advanced Practice Mental Health and Wellness (APMH), Lauren plays a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, managing logistics, and offering support wherever it’s needed—often described as “putting out fires” with skill and grace.

Lauren entered the mental health field after working alongside an interventional radiologist, where she recognized a critical gap in mental health services within the community. Motivated to make a difference, she brought her drive and compassion to APMH, where she has been a valued team member for the past six years. Lauren ensures the practice runs seamlessly so providers can focus on what matters most — their clients’ well-being.

Her favorite part of the job is witnessing the transformation in patients—seeing individuals who arrive feeling hopeless return over time with renewed energy and a light in their eyes.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her 11-year-old daughter, traveling, and cooking. A true crime enthusiast, she has a deep interest in forensic psychology and crime scene investigation—fields she imagines she might have pursued in another life.

Lauren is passionate about increasing empathy and understanding for those struggling with mental health challenges. Her guiding philosophy is best captured in her favorite quote:
“I am not afraid, I was born to do this.” – Joan of Arc

Her advice for those entering the mental health field: “You need to have a thick skin and a giant heart.”
