Angel Tumbleston

Angel Tumbleston is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Practice Mental Health and Wellness, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with a special focus on underserved populations.

Angel began her nursing career in 1994, bringing over three decades of experience to her work in mental health. She earned her nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and later advanced her education at Walden University, where she specialized in psychiatric-mental health.

Throughout her career, Angel has been deeply committed to reducing barriers to mental health care, empowering her patients, and promoting holistic wellness. Her approach combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy, ensuring each individual feels heard, respected, and supported on their journey toward recovery and resilience.

Outside of her professional role, Angel remains an advocate for mental health awareness and equitable access to care in her community.
