Sam Egleton

Sam Egleton, LMSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, achieve emotional healing, and foster meaningful personal growth. She earned her education from Winthrop University and Coker College, building a strong foundation for her clinical work.

With three years of experience in the field, Sam specializes in anger management and trauma, supporting clients in developing healthier coping strategies and processing difficult life experiences. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs.

Sam is committed to building authentic, trusting relationships with her clients, creating a safe and supportive space where long-term healing can take place. She believes that meaningful connection is at the heart of effective therapy and strives to empower each person she works with.

Outside of her professional life, Sam is a proud mother to her teenage son. She enjoys gardening, working with flowers, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
