Our practice offers compassionate, trauma-informed crisis care focused on safety, stabilization, and connection to ongoing support. Services may include:
- Same-day or urgent mental health evaluations
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Safety planning
- Short-term therapeutic support
- Coordination with family members or caregivers (when appropriate)
- Referrals to higher levels of care when needed
Our goal is to help you feel supported in the moment and empowered moving forward.
