Maureen Radosti

Maureen Radosi, LMSW, MSW, MBA, ADC-IP is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, developmentally informed therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and focuses on emotional regulation, coping skills, and strengthening healthy family dynamics.

Maureen brings extensive experience in addiction treatment, having worked for over a year and a half in substance use and chemical dependency settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in addiction, chemical dependency, and substance use disorders, which informs her clinical understanding of co-occurring conditions, relapse dynamics, and the impact of substance use on individuals and family systems. She has experience conducting comprehensive intakes, assessments, and screenings, and works with clients navigating trauma, transitions, and complex family and systems-based challenges. Maureen is especially skilled in child and adolescent therapy, behavior management strategies, strengths-based interventions, and supporting families affected by substance use and recovery processes.

Her professional background includes working with children with special needs, medically complex children, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as families/individuals impacted by domestic violence, and completing an internship with the Department of Social Services focused on family preservation. She brings experience supporting families navigating chronic illness, developmental differences, care coordination, and the emotional demands associated with medical and neurodevelopmental complexity. In addition, Maureen brings over 20 years of cross-cultural service and engagement, working with children and families across diverse communities both nationally and internationally. This experience informs her inclusive, culturally responsive approach to care.

Alongside her clinical and professional training, Maureen has served for nearly two decades as a licensed and ordained Christian minister and author. She offers Christian counseling for individuals and families who wish to integrate faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process, honoring clients’ spiritual beliefs as a source of meaning, resilience, and healing. Her faith-integrated work is provided within ethical, professional boundaries and in alignment with evidence-based practice. Maureen’s work is also shaped by lived experience within family systems. As a parent of six children, she brings a grounded, practical understanding of caregiving dynamics, resilience, and the complexities families navigate across developmental stages.

Maureen’s practice philosophy emphasizes collaboration, stability, and long-term, sustainable change. She partners with clients and caregivers to create supportive environments that foster emotional regulation, healthy communication, and overall well-being.
